Easy Vegan Oreo Tiramisu

A deliciously easy recipe for a vegan twist on classic tiramisu using Oreos.

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare the coffee and let it cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix the coconut cream, almond milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Dip each Oreo cookie in the coffee and arrange a layer in a dish.
  4. Add half of the cream mixture over the Oreos.
  5. Add another layer of dipped Oreos followed by the remaining cream mixture.
  6. Dust the top with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use a mix of espresso coffee.
  • Allow the tiramisu to chill overnight for the best texture.
