  • 3 medium zucchinis
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup cashew cheese
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis lengthwise into thin strips.
  3. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Layer zucchini slices, followed by cashew cheese, spinach, and marinara sauce.
