- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons eggnog extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
