  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 500 grams puff pastry

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add minced beef to the onions, cooking until browned.
  4. Stir in salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce, then let the mixture cool.
  5. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into circles for your pies.
