Foil Pack Beef and Vegetables with Melted Cheese

A simple and delicious recipe for foil pack beef and vegetables topped with melted cheese.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, carrots)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, mixed vegetables, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and place each portion on a large piece of foil.
  4. Fold the foil over the mixture to create a sealed packet.
  5. Place the packets on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Open the packets, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, and close the foil again for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
