  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 2 cups French onion soup
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken until browned.
  3. In a baking dish, combine the cooked rice, browned chicken, French onion soup, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle green onions on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
