  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
  5. Bread the mushrooms by dusting them in flour, dipping in eggs, then coating with breadcrumbs.
  6. Chop turkey bacon and mix with breadcrumbs for added flavor.
  7. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  8. Fry the mushrooms in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  9. Remove and drain on paper towels.
