  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate for coating

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Stir in oats and chocolate chips until combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Freeze for about 30 minutes until firm.
  5. Dunk each ball in melted dark chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
  6. Return to the freezer for another 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
  7. Enjoy directly from the freezer!
