2 cups shredded potatoes
1 cup diced turkey bacon
1 cup diced chicken ham
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup crushed cornflakes (for topping)
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded potatoes, diced turkey bacon, diced chicken ham, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Mix until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
