Garlic Butter Steak and Creamy Parmesan Spaghetti

A comforting and delicious recipe combining tender garlic butter steak with creamy parmesan spaghetti.

Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute.
  4. Add steaks to the skillet and cook to desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  5. Remove steaks from the pan and let rest.
  6. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Add cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss to coat.
  9. Slice the steaks and serve on top of the spaghetti, garnished with parsley.
