Ingredients

  • 2 cups pizza dough
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic, mushrooms, bell peppers, and red onion for 5-7 minutes until soft.
  5. Spread the sautéed vegetables over the pizza dough.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
