- 4 ears of corn
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Husk the corn and remove the silk.
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the corn. Boil for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
