  • 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 8 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Sauté until softened.
  3. Add the steak and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until the steak is browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Hollow out the Italian bread and fill it with the steak mixture and provolone cheese.
  5. Wrap in foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
