- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk for glaze
