- 1 ½ cups gluten free graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, mix gluten free graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of the springform pan.
