- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 box (3.4 ounces) instant butterscotch pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup butterscotch sauce
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the crust.
