  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 box (3.4 ounces) instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the butterscotch pudding mix and milk until thick. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Drizzle butterscotch sauce on top and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add extra butterscotch sauce on top before serving.
