4 boneless chicken breasts
1 cup salsa verde
1 cup Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
Rub the spice mixture over the chicken breasts.
Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
During the last few minutes of grilling, top the chicken with salsa verde and sprinkle with Pepper Jack cheese. Close the grill lid to melt the cheese.
