  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic.
  3. Mix in half of the enchilada sauce and remove from heat.
  4. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese, then roll tightly.
  5. Place the enchiladas in a baking dish and pour the remaining enchilada sauce on top.
