GROUND BEEF MONGOLIAN NOODLES

  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add the onions, bell peppers, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and brown sugar; cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together until evenly coated. Serve hot and garnish with green onions.
