  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice sweet potatoes into small cubes.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add sweet potatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir and cover until sweet potatoes are tender.
  4. Slice the avocado and set aside.
  5. Once the sweet potatoes are soft and the beef is cooked, remove from heat.
