Ground Turkey Pasta Recipe

A quick and easy ground turkey pasta dish that’s perfect for weeknight dinners.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add ground turkey, cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta with the turkey mixture and mix well.
  6. Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese.

Notes

  • For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes.
  • Feel free to use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
