  • 1 cup mushrooms, diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 cup grated cheese (such as mozzarella or ricotta)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté the mushrooms and garlic until soft.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sautéed mushrooms, and sage. Mix well.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet.
  5. Spread the pumpkin mixture over the pastry, leaving a border.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top of the mixture.
  7. Fold the edges of the pastry over the filling.
  8. Brush the edges with beaten egg.
