  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the hash browns, cooked bacon, and half of the cheese.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
