- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup crispy turkey bacon, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package puff pastry
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, celery, green onions, turkey bacon, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
