  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup crispy turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package puff pastry

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, celery, green onions, turkey bacon, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
