- 1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
