- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup dried hibiscus flowers
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 cups cold water
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
- Add the hibiscus flowers and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Strain the mixture into a pitcher and add the sliced strawberries.
- Stir in the lemon juice and sugar until dissolved.
- Add the remaining cold water and mix well.
