  • 1 pound lean beef, sliced
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and green peppers, sauté until soft.
  3. Add the sliced beef to the skillet, cooking until browned.
