- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups red enchilada sauce
- 10 corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned.
- Add garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the meat mixture and stir well.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry pan to make them pliable.
- Spoon some of the beef mixture onto each tortilla, roll them up, and place them seam side down in a baking dish.
