  • 4 large eggs

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup strawberry puree
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then mix in sour cream.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
