  • 1 pound green beans
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the carrots into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Trim the ends off the green beans.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Add carrots and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add green beans and sauté for another 5 minutes.
  6. Pour in the honey, salt, and pepper. Stir well to coat.
  7. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  8. Serve warm.
