  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup corn starch
  • 2 cups vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, honey, and lemon juice to create the sauce.
  2. Coat shrimp in corn starch seasoned with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the shrimp until golden brown.
  4. Remove shrimp and drain on paper towels.
  5. In the same oil, fry walnuts until golden and drain.
  6. Toss the shrimp with the sauce and sprinkle with walnuts.
