Hot Chocolate Cheesecake

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  6. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  7. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Top with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate instead of semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  • You can add peppermint extract for a festive twist.
