- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
