A delicious and quick recipe for spaghetti cooked in the Instant Pot, featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham for a delightful twist.

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. In the same pot, add chicken ham and sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour in chicken broth, marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, stirring to combine.
  4. Add spaghetti, making sure it’s submerged in the liquid.
  5. Seal the lid, set to high pressure for 8 minutes, then perform a quick release.
  6. Stir the mixture well and serve topped with crispy bacon and Parmesan cheese.

Notes

  • This recipe can be customized with your choice of vegetables.
  • For a spicier kick, add crushed red pepper flakes.
