  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup Irish cream flavored coffee creamer
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter and eggs together, then add the Irish cream flavored coffee creamer and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before slicing.
