- 2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes
- 1 bulb garlic
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons butter
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wrap the garlic bulb in foil and roast for 30-35 minutes.
- Peel and chop the potatoes, then boil them in salted water until tender, about 20 minutes.
- Drain potatoes and return to pot.
