  • 4 jalapenos, diced
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 package eggroll wrappers
  • 1 egg, beaten for sealing

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapenos, garlic powder, and crumbled turkey bacon.
  3. Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each eggroll wrapper and seal with beaten egg.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or pan over medium heat.
