  • 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
  • 1 ripe pineapple, peeled and sliced

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine jerk seasoning, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture onto the chicken thighs thoroughly.
  4. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 7-10 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  5. During the last few minutes of grilling, add the pineapple slices to the grill.
  6. Once the chicken is cooked and the pineapple is caramelized, remove from the grill.
  7. Serve immediately with the grilled pineapple on the side.
