Keema Spiced Minced Meat

Keema is a delicious spiced minced meat dish that is both easy to prepare and packed with flavor. Perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams minced meat
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 green chili, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Mix in the ginger-garlic paste and green chili, stir for a minute.
  4. Add minced meat and cook until browned.
  5. Add the chopped tomatoes and all the spices, cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  6. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
