  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, erythritol, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in coconut milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Spread half of the batter into the prepared dish, then dollop cream cheese and sprinkle chocolate chips over it.
  6. Top with the remaining batter.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool before serving.
