  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 slices chicken ham
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your chaffle maker.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, mozzarella, almond flour, and baking powder until smooth.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into the chaffle maker and cook until golden brown.
  4. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  5. Assemble the chaffle with chicken ham and turkey bacon, and top with more cheese if desired.
  6. Cook for an additional minute to melt the cheese.
