- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Korean chili paste (gochujang)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, gochujang, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and starts to brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For an extra crunch, broil the cauliflower for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less gochujang.
