Korean Baked Cauliflower

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Korean chili paste (gochujang)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, gochujang, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and starts to brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra crunch, broil the cauliflower for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  • Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less gochujang.
