Korean Baked Cauliflower

A deliciously spicy and dreamy baked cauliflower dish inspired by Korean flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger, and honey.
  3. Cut the cauliflower into florets and toss them in the sauce until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
