- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- In a skillet, cook the ground turkey and turkey bacon over medium heat until browned.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, eggs, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish. Place three noodles over the sauce. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles, followed by half of the turkey mixture and a third of the mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of noodles topped with marinara sauce and the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- For extra flavor, add your favorite vegetables such as spinach or mushrooms to the layers.
