- 1 pound corned beef, chopped
- 8 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 loaf rye bread, cubed
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped corned beef, sauerkraut, and half of the Swiss cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together the Thousand Island dressing, sour cream, milk, and eggs.
- Layer half of the rye bread in a greased baking dish, followed by the meat mixture, and then the dressing mixture. Repeat layers, ending with the remaining Swiss cheese on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden and bubbly.
