  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tub whipped topping
  • 1 package graham crackers
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix lemon juice and sugar until dissolved.
  2. Add in whipped topping and lemon zest, and stir until well combined.
  3. Layer graham crackers in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the lemon mixture over the crackers, and then add a layer of blueberries.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a layer of lemon zest on top before serving.
  • Ensure the cake is well chilled for the best taste.
