  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. While the potatoes are baking, melt butter in a saucepan, then add garlic and lemon juice.
  5. Place salmon fillets on a separate baking sheet and drizzle with lemon butter mixture.
  6. After 20 minutes, add the salmon and broccoli to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
