  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes.
