Lemon Pretzel Salad

A delightful blend of sweet and salty flavors, this Lemon Pretzel Salad is the perfect refreshing treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 cup cool whip
  • 1 package instant lemon pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine crushed pretzels with melted butter and 1/2 cup of sugar; press into a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Allow the crust to cool completely.
  4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining 1/2 cup of sugar until smooth, then fold in cool whip.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the pretzel crust.
  6. In another bowl, whisk together lemon pudding mix and milk until thickened, then pour over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a sweeter variation, add more sugar to the crust.
  • Can substitute lime pudding for a different flavor.
