- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 4 ounces chicken ham, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Cook the turkey bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
