  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork, then bake for about 45-50 minutes or until tender.
  3. While the potatoes are baking, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  4. Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool slightly before slicing them open.
  5. Fluff the insides of the potatoes with a fork and mix in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Top the potatoes with shredded cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, sour cream, and green onions.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes to melt the cheese.
